    Call Center Agent

    Cebu, Philippines (On-site) Full-time · All Shifts

    Target compensation: ₱100,000+/month

    Base + Uncapped Commission + Residuals

    Pay raises every month you hit target. Residuals keep paying long after the sale closes.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
    • Strong technical knowledge and computer literacy
    • Proven sales experience with track record of conversions
    • Prior call center experience preferred
    • Available for night shifts, all shifts, and weekends
    • Able to work on-site in Cebu, Philippines (not remote)
    • Demonstrated history of hitting sales targets
